I doubt this is possible with TAPI since it would be a hardware-specific thing. Very likely it's something you have to do in a vendor-specific admin console of some kind.

thank you for answering, as far as I found is something about C++ which I never worked with that lang. before is;

void TapiLine::SetUserRightsGroup(CString& selstring, SetURGOption setoption)
{
int len=4+selstring.GetLength();
TCHAR buffer[100];
buffer[0] = 9;
buffer[1] = 196;
buffer[2]=setoption;
strlcpy(&buffer[3],(LPCTSTR)selstring,16);
HRESULT tr = ::lineDevSpecific(m_hLine,0,NULL,buffer,len);
}

But I dont know how to use it. Do you have any ideas what should I do?

There's no direct equivalent to this code in TAPI 3.0, HTLINE a TAPI 2.0 construct which doesn't exist. You might be able to use the TPhone::DeviceSpecific method, or perhaps the TCall::DeviceSpecific method, but it might not map properly to the 2.0 provider which implements this feature.

You could use ATAPI to do this, your code is almost a 1:1 translation then.
